Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

Clients are encouraged to exercise their own judgment and free will when making decisions. All guidance and information shared during a session are offered as perspectives for consideration, and any actions taken based on that information remain solely the responsibility of the client.

I assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences resulting from decisions made by clients before, during, or after a session.

I do not provide services to individuals under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By scheduling and participating in a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.

Late Arrival & Missed Session Policy

Your healing time is intentionally reserved just for you. To honor both your experience and the schedules of other clients, please review the following policy.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect appointments that follow. If time allows, I will gladly provide as much of your session as possible within the remaining appointment time. 

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

      Cancellation & Rescheduling for standard Groups or classes, 1:1.

Please provide at least  24  Hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Monies paid towards the appointment can be transferrable for use within  72 hours  (1:1 sessions) and can be used for the same service originally scheduled or as seen fit depending on the service you scheduled.  Weekly/ monthly class or workshop, monies can be transferred to the next available class.

I understand that life happens, and I strive to approach every situation with compassion and flexibility whenever possible. Thank you for respecting these policies, which allow me to provide dedicated care and maintain availability for all clients seeking healing.

At Pure Flow Healing, each gathering is thoughtfully prepared with care and intention.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date and begin planning your event. The remaining balance is due  24  hours  prior to your scheduled event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Because time, preparation, and materials are reserved specifically for your gathering, deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, every effort will be made to transfer your deposit to a new date, provided at least 48 hours notice is given and a mutually available date can be found.

* Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may be responsible for the full remaining balance, as preparation, scheduling, and reserved time cannot typically be recovered.

*If Pure Flow Healing must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to receive a full refund of all monies paid or transfer your payment to a future date.

My intention is always to work with compassion and understanding when unexpected life circumstances arise. Thank you for honoring the time, preparation, and energy that goes into creating a meaningful experience for every client and group.
