Get to know me

I am 3x New York finisher 2023, 2024, 2026- as an adaptive athlete having lost most of my ability to ambulate from back injuries  sustained and  pre surgery. I re-learned how to walk in 2018, joined a run club. 

I founded my practice just two months prior to finding my first Heart Diagnosis. 

I am a survivor of DV, SA and Substance abuse.  

This is my rescue dog, Best friend, Wilma.

Caitlyn Corson is the founder of Pure Flow Healing LLC, a holistic wellness practice dedicated to supporting healing, self-discovery, and personal transformation. 

Drawing from both professional training and lived experience.

Caitlyn offers private sessions, group experiences, workshops, and community events, tailoring each experience to meet the unique needs of those she serves. 

Whether guiding a sound healing journey, facilitating breathwork and meditation practices, or delivering evidential messages from loved ones in Spirit, her intention is to create a supportive environment that encourages healing, empowerment, and personal growth.

With over 14 years in recovery, Caitlyn's journey has deeply shaped her mission to provide accessible, heart-centered healing opportunities within her community. 

She believes that true wellness encompasses the mind, body, and spirit, and her work is rooted in helping others cultivate resilience, inner peace, and meaningful connection.
